Articles, guides and templates on this site share strategies, examples and personal experience of building an online business. They are general information, not financial, legal or tax advice.

I can't promise that you will earn any particular amount, or anything at all. Results depend on your effort, skills, market, timing and many factors outside anyone's control. 3. Copyright

All articles, images, guides and templates on this site belong to Ella Wealth Community unless stated otherwise.

You're welcome to:

  • Read and print articles for your own use.

  • Share a link to any page.

  • Quote a short extract with a link back to the original article.

Please don't copy whole articles, republish them on another site, or sell or redistribute any material from this site.

4. Digital products and free downloads

When you download a free resource or buy a digital product, you get a licence to use it for your own business.

  • You may use templates, prompts and ideas to create content and products for your own business.

  • You may not resell, share, upload or give away the guides or templates themselves, in whole or in part.

  • You may not claim the guides as your own work.

Some products link to templates hosted on Canva and need a free Canva account. Access to that material depends on Canva's own terms and availability.

Guides that mention third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, Etsy, Stan Store, ChatGPT, Gemini and others) are independent. Ella Wealth Community isn't affiliated with or endorsed by those companies, and their features and rules can change after a guide is published.

5. Buying from the shop

  • Prices are shown in euros. [VAT NOTE — e.g. "Prices include VAT" or "The seller is exempt from VAT under Hungarian law"]

  • The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. You receive the download link straight away after purchase.

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.

  • The Refund Policy explains what happens if something goes wrong with your order.

6. Links and affiliate links

Articles link to other websites and sometimes include affiliate links, which may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Ella Wealth Community is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or its content, including lost income or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Orders placed before a change are covered by the terms that applied at the time.
